Instruction for Poster Presenters
Poster Set-up and Presentation Schedule
- Posters will be displayed on the Mezzanine Level within the Exhibition Hall (Reception Hall, PICC).
- Kindly ensure that you display your poster on the designated board corresponding to your assigned board number.
- Presenters are REQUIRED to be positioned by their posters for discussion during the scheduled time in the following table.
- All posters will be evaluated by a judging panel nominated by ASPIRE. Shortlisted Posters will be advised on Saturday, 25 May 2024.
- Results of the Best 5 Poster Presentation Award will be announced at the Congress Closing and Award Ceremony on Sunday, 26 May 2024.

*Congress Secretariat will remove and dispose all posters that were not removed after 12:00 on Sunday, 26 May 2024.
Poster Preparation Technical Specifications
- Poster Board Size: 1 meter in width and 2 meters in height.
- Your poster needs to be prepared in PORTRAIT orientation.
- We recommend that your poster does not exceed 0.9 meters in width and 1.2 meters in height.
- Posters is preferred to be prepared on a single sheet or alternatively on multiple smaller sheets.
- Allocate the top of the poster for the Title and Authors as indicated on the submitted abstract.
- Ensure that the font size, illustrations, etc., are sufficiently clear to be legible from a distance of two meters.
- Double-sided tape will be provided in the poster area for affixing posters. The use of paste, glue, thumbtacks, or staples is strictly prohibited. Staff members will also be available in the poster area to assist you in locating your poster board. Authors are responsible for putting up their own posters.
